We have a Laboratory of Analysis which follows a strict quality control system, through constant tests on production samples.
Our laboratory controls meticulously our products quality and the whole production and distribution processwith the quality systemestablished by Aluval that is based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 regulation.
Our Quality System blends in external regulations to the ISO 9001, extrusion regulations (UNE 573-3, UNE 755-9... ) aswell as lacquering ones (QUALICOAT Seaside class) and other aspects as the information and technical advice, the calibration of the measurement equipments, preventive mantainance plans...
We periodically do corrosion tests in saline-acetic fog chambers following the ISO 9227 regulation, guaranteeing our clients the maximum protection of our products against corrosion.

In Aluval our concern in natural enviroment has lead us tomaking periodical analytical teststo measure the quality of the sewageof our sewage treatment plants. We have achieved the gradual elimination of potential pollutant products. Our commited philosofy of mantaining our natural enviroment has driven us to be the pioneers using non-chrome products.
That preoccupation that makes us feel a respect by the environment, in Aluval one does not breathe only in the areas of production but in each one of its departaments and delegations, since, as much the generated dangerous remainders as the non dangerous ones correctly are managed by managers authorized by the Generalitat of Valencia.
