RIGHTS: What are your rights when you provide us with your information?

• Access: The interested party has the right to know what data the COMPANY isprocessing.
• Rectification: The interested party has the right to request the correction of inaccuratedata.
• Deletion: The interested party has the right to request the deletion of their data when,among other reasons, the data is not necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Limitation of data processing: Under certain circumstances, the interested party mayrequest the limitation of the processing of their data. In this case, we will only keep itfor the exercise or defense of claims.
• Opposition: Under certain circumstances, the interested party may object to theprocessing of their data. In that case, the COMPANY will stop treating the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons and the exercise or defense of possible claims.
• Data transferability: Only applicable to automated data and only available uponrequest. It consists on transferring the data from the COMPANY to another entity(which is not the interested party) which will become the new entity RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA.

You also have the right to file a claim before the Data Protection Control Authority,which is currently the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
